About Me

Marathon Matt
I've been a passionate runner for over 15 years and started coaching recently and have loved every minute of it. What inspires me most is seeing people 3,6, or 9 months ago who could barely run a few miles run a 10K, a half marathon, or even a marathon! Above and beyond doing something amazing physically, many people are inspired to pursue other goals and dreams as a result. If I can facilitate this or act as a catalyst, I've done my job. I've been looking for an avenue by which I can write about some of the events and issues in the running community at large that might be of interest to passionate runners like myself. While I may occasionally talk about training methods, that's not really my focus on this blog.
